As hard as it is maybe try taking a step back and let your do simple things with him like feeding him. Get your husband to hold the dogs food whilst the dog sits and waits. he can eat when your husband says he can. You can do this for 30 seconds to a not sure what training level the dog is at but get your husband to put him on a lead and take him for small walks with sits or drops or whatever he knows what to do along the way. he is to always have food on him and when the dog responds to his command the dog is to be rewarded with a bit of food. if the dog knows how to sit and your husband has requested the dog to sit and he has ignored this, your husband needs to give the command a firm manner and make the dog sit. Immediately reward the good behaviour. If the dog is indoors and shows this dominant behaviour, immediately put him outside. The dog is at the top and they are at the bottom. when it comes time to give him a command, he won’t take you seriously if he thinks he is the Pack Leader. Being the pack leader does not mean that you become a bully. Being the pack leader means that you teach your dog that you are the leader by having the ability to correct, give directions, and make sure that your dog follows through with the command that was given. HI try her a small yard and reward her with a favourite treat upon her return when you call her. You can do this inside also. call her name followed by the command come and eventually she associate come with her favourite food. 't do it a large area to start with, baby steps. Always keep some food on you when you say come you are ready to reward her for her good behaviour. You could also try her on a lead and let her move away, then say her name and come and coax her with the lead and then reward her with the food.
